Honey, Lemon & Turmeric "Tea"
If you are feeling under the weather then this powerhouse "tea" with its anti-inflammatory ingredients will be a welcome addition to your day.
Servings: 1 Mug
- ¼ Tsp Turmeric
- 2 Tbsp Honey
- 1-1 ½ Cups Water Boiled
- ½ Lemon
Fill the kettle and set it to boil.
Add the turmeric and honey to the cup.
Pour in the boiling water and stir.
Squeeze in the lemon juice
