Pumpkin Dog Biscuits

These pumpkin dog biscuits are super easy to make and my frenchie Bacon just adores them. Which in my books is a win-win situation!

  • Mixing bowl

  • 1 ½ Cups All-purpose flour
  • 1 ½ Cups Whole wheat flour
  • ½ Cup Oatmeal
  • 1 Tsp Cinnamon
  • 1 Cup Pumpkin puree (Make sure it's not pumpkin pie filling)
  • ½ Cup Chicken broth
  • 1 Tbsp Vegetable oil
  • 1 Egg


  • Remove any pesky pots or pans from the oven and then preheat to 350F.
  • In a large bowl combine all of the dry ingredients.
  • In another bowl combine the chicken broth, pumpkin, vegetable oil and egg.
  • Add the wet mixture into the dry ingredients. Using your hands, mix in all of the flour until a dough forms.
  • On a floured surface, roll the dough until it is 1/2” thick.
  • Cut out the cookies using your choice of cookie cutters and place them on a baking sheet.
  • Bake for 30-40 minutes.
  • Let cool and store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
